Draining and refilling your Nebula Ice Bath

Display not turning on

For general residential users, we advise your bath is drained 100% after 1-2 months of usage and refilled. If you shower before each bath use and your Nebula Ice Bath has been constantly filtering, you may be able to use the same clean water for 3 months.

For commercial locations, depending on usage, you may need to drain and refill the bath every 1 month.
This gives a complete re-fresh of the water to ensure cleanliness and long-life of your Nebula Ice Bath
Required tools:
  1. Supplied Nebula hose and attachments
  2. Phillips head screws driver
Steps for correct drain and refill:

Step 1 - Turn the power to the bath off

Step 2 - Using a screwdriver, remove the right-hand side end grille cover

Step 3 - Connect your supplied hose that came with your bath to the silver connector sticking out of the side of the bath

Step 4 - Take the other end of the supplied hose and insert it into the nearest draining point. A house / bathroom drain, or outside

Step 5 - Turn the red valve open so the knob is in line with the pipe direction. The water will now start to drain

Once the water is fully drained, for the next step you have two options:

Step 6 - Refilling - Option 1 - Use the Nebula supplied hose to connect to a filling point within 5 meters distance
  1. Keep the hose attached to the silver connector
  2. Use the other end of the hose and directly connect it to a filling point, such as a garden tap or kitchen/bathroom water valve, using the connectors provided
  3. Turn on your filling water valve to start filling the bath
  4. Once the bath is filled 4-5cm above the highest hole inside the bath, switch off your filling water valve
  5. Turn the Nebula red valve knob closed
  6. Remove the hose attachment from the silver connector
  7. Replace the Nebula side access grille using the screws and screwdriver
Step 6 - Refilling - Option 2 - Use a separate hose to re-fill the Nebula bath
  1. Turn the Nebula red valve knob closed
  2. Remove the Nebula hose attachment from the Nebula silver connector
  3. Replace the Nebula side access grille using the screws and screwdriver
  4. Use a standard hose and connect it to your near water filling point. If close enough, you can still use the provided Nebula Hose Attachment
  5. Place the exit end of your water filling hose into the Nebula Bath Tub
  6. Turn on your water filling valve to start filling the bath
  7. Once the bath is filled 4-5cm above the highest hole inside the bath, switch off your filling water valve
Step 7 - Turn the power back on to your Nebula Ice Bath
Note: The Bath Mode always returns back to FILTER MODE by default when powering the ice bath off and back on.
